Cinema Purgatorio at the Red Room was a 1080p, 5.1 Dolby SRD high-definition screening room in New York City’s Lower East Side / East Village neighborhood. Located at 85 East Fourth Street, the Red Room joins the Kraine Theatre, the KGB Bar, and the Eastville Comedy Club inside a building that served as a Lucky Luciano Speakeasy during Prohibition, and a Ukrainian Communist Social Club during the Cold War.
The Red Room has closed.
